Because South Carolina does not allocate funds to risk reduction entities like ours, Charleston Wellness Initiative exists only through the kind generosity of our community. We are a small operation working in a city ravaged by the opioid epidemic and as much as we love what we do, we are only able to do as much as our donations allow.
